Technical papers are invited on the topics outlined and other subjects related to the theme of the conference. Abstracts should be submitted to the Chairman of the Technical Committee by email. Abstracts should clearly state the subject matter, the objectives and the important conclusions to be presented in the full paper and not be exceeding 400 words.
