4TH MIDDLE EAST SPATIAL TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION

Companies are invited to become Official Sponsors of the various events to take place during the conference. They attached Sponsorship form describe the different sponsorship levels along with the corresponding benefits. The sponsorship will allow companies to promote their products and services to the Middle East audience, and the opportunity to interact with the attending professionals.

1) PLATINUM SPONSOR FROM BD. 5,000 (OR US$ 13,500)

a)	Company name and logo of appropriate sizes will be published in all the conference publicity materials as Prime Sponsor.
b)	Entitled for Eight Square meter stand space with stand fittings at Exhibition hall.
c)	Three delegates from the Sponsoring company may attend the conference with full package at free of charge
d)	All Conference participants and exhibitors from the Prime Sponsor will be provided free lunches, refreshments and conference dinner.
e)	Publicity materials will be included in the Conference Pack.
f)	Company name and logo with a brief profile will be published on the conference Web Site which shall be connected to the Sponsor’s web site.
g)	A Full page advertisement shall be provided in the Exhibition Guide for the Prime Sponsor.
h)	A Senior Representative of the Prime Sponsor will be honoured with a Plaque by the Conference Patron at the Opening Ceremony.
i)	Executive Officers will be treated as VIPs during the event and the official lunches & dinner.
j)	Company logo size 2 mtr x 2 mtr will be displayed in the Conference Hall along with the Conference Banner and outside Lobby.
k)	3 Banners size 2 mtr x 2 mtr will be displayed in the conference hall, lobby and exhibition hall..
l)	Company name and logo will be published in the Conference Proceedings.

2) GOLDEN SPONSOR FROM BD. 3,500 (OR US$ 9,500 )

a)	Company name and logo will be published in all the conference publicity materials
b)	Entitled for Six Sq. meter stand space with stand fittings at the exhibition hall.
c)	Two delegates from the Sponsor company may attend the conference with full package at free of charge.
d)	All Conference participants and exhibitors from the Main Sponsor will be provided free lunches, refreshments and conference dinner.
e)	Publicity materials will be included in the Conference Pack.
f)	Company name and logo with a brief profile will be published in the conference Web Site which shall be connected to the Sponsor’s web site.
g)	A Half page advertisement shall be provided in the Exhibition Guide for the Golden Sponsor
h)	Senior Representative of the Main Sponsor will be honoured with a Plaque by the Conference Patron at the Opening Ceremony
i)	Executive Officers will be treated as VIPs during the event and at the official lunches & dinner.
j)	Company logo size 1.0m x 1.0m will be displayed in the Conference Hall along with the Conference Banner and outside Lobby.

3) OTHER SPONSOR FROM BD. 3,000.000 (OR US$ 8,100)

a)	Company name and logo will be published in all the conference publicity materials
b)	One delegate from the Sponsor company shall attend the conference with full package at free of cost.
c)	Publicity materials will be included in the Conference Pack.
d)	Company name and logo with a brief profile will be published in the conference Web Site which shall be connected to the Sponsor’s web site.
e)	Executive Officers will be treated as VIPs during the event and at the official lunches & dinner
f)	A Senior Representative from the Sponsor will be honoured with a Plaque by the Conference Patron at the Opening Ceremony.
g)	Company logo size 0.6m x 0.6m will be displayed in the Conference Hall along with the Conference Banner and outside Lobby.
h)	1 Banner size 1 mtr. x 1 mtr. Will be displayed in the conference hall.
